Coronavirus impact to our services
COVID-19 continues to impact our family business and remains vulnerable to external factors outside of our control.
Staff shortages, with little or no notice, is causing stress points throughout the business which, in return, is sadly impacting our ability to meet our usual high service standards.
We are doing our best to keep everyone up to date about their orders placed but are sometimes unable to get back to you as quickly as you’d expect. We are unexpectedly two or three members of staff down at the moment; and to save our small team from burnout, your patience and understanding are appreciated whilst we work our way through this extra workload as best as we can.
